1. Nature of the service
WDI supplies digital research: Hub TICKET / LEAN lamps, Desk reports, Match Pick / Desk Watch / Lean labels, Model Judgment, Combo research tickets, league desks, and related pages. Paid plans buy time-limited access to research views, not a wager, not a stake, and not an executable ticket at any book.
We do not accept bets, settle bets, hold customer wagering funds, or act as your agent at any operator. Any bookmaker name, price, or line shown is a research snapshot for education and comparison — not an offer by WDI to take or lay that price.
2. Not advice
Nothing on the site is betting advice, investment advice, financial advice, or a personal recommendation. Model outputs, stars, EV figures, win%, Ticket / Lean lamps, and “picks” are ranking and research constructs. They do not instruct stake size, bankroll, or whether you should wager. You alone decide any action you take elsewhere.
3. Product labels — our exclusive interpretation
Terms such as PREVIEW, FINAL, TICKET, LEAN, Match Pick, Desk Watch, Model Judgment, Combo Fuel, Desk, and related badges (including any legacy Confidence / Value detail labels where shown) are WDI product states. They describe our publish and access workflow. They do not mean a match has started, finished, been voided, or that a market is still available to bet.
WDI has the exclusive right to interpret these labels, coverage rules, entitlement scope, and this Disclaimer, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our contemporaneous records of what was published (or withheld) prevail over screenshots, third-party caches, or your recollection. We may delay, omit, relabel, or withdraw any fixture or view without notice and without liability to the extent permitted by applicable law, including when inputs are incomplete. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.
4. No performance warranty
Historical hit rate, ROI, CLV, calibration, and similar tables are research disclosures on limited samples. They are illustrative only and are not a promise of future results. There is no guarantee of profit or recovery of losses. Markets, squads, and liquidity change. Sparse competitions are not comparable to high-sample leagues. Combo constructions assume independence they do not have; variance can be severe.
5. Data, quotes, and third parties
Odds, lineups, injuries, results, and club/league identity may be drawn from sources we select from time to time (public, licensed, or commercial). We do not warrant that any snapshot is complete, current, or still offered by any operator. We may substitute, throttle, or drop a source. Apparent “missing” quotes, delayed desks, or empty Follow states may reflect intentional product gates and do not, by themselves, constitute a breach of this Disclaimer.
League names, crests, and club marks belong to their respective owners. Display is for identification of fixtures only. No affiliation, endorsement, or official partnership is implied. Coverage of a competition staged in a jurisdiction where wagering is restricted is sports information, not an invitation to wager there.
6. Age, territory, and your warranties
The service is for adults 18+, or the higher legal age where you live. You warrant that accessing sports-odds research information is lawful for you, and that you are not in a territory where such products are prohibited. We may geo-restrict, refuse, or terminate access. Circumventing restrictions is a material breach.
If you choose to wager with a third-party operator, you do so under that operator’s rules, KYC, and local law. Problem gambling: seek help from a recognised local service. WDI does not provide counselling.
7. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Site software, models, copy, layouts, and compiled research views are owned by WDI or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view them under your plan. You may not scrape, bulk-export, resell, republish, train other models on, or reverse-engineer our pipeline or access controls.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we exclude warranties of accuracy, fitness, uninterrupted access, and non-infringement, and exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss (including lost stakes or lost profits). Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the fees you paid to WDI for the 30 days before the claim — or USD 0 if you used only Free access. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation).
9. Changes
We may amend this Disclaimer by posting a new “Last updated” date. Material changes apply prospectively. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
