These Terms govern use of williamdatahub.com (William Data Insights / WDI). They incorporate the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If they conflict with marketing copy, these Terms and the Disclaimer control. WDI exclusively interprets entitlements and product labels.
1. Service
WDI provides pre-match quant intelligence boards, reports, and related research pages. Access may be Free (limited) or paid tiers (Trial / Pro / Elite) when checkout is enabled.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher age of majority where you live) and legally able to access sports research information in your location.
3. Paid access
When checkout is enabled, the following commercial model applies:
- Crypto (NOWPayments) — prepaid, no auto-renewal. Available for Pro and Elite.
- Card / PayPal (Selar) — Day Pass and Trial are one-time prepaid. Pro and Elite are a monthly subscription. Access is granted only after payment confirmation, not on redirect.
- Day Pass — USD 3 for 1 day of Pro-level access, up to three times per account (Selar prepaid).
- Trial — USD 9 for 7 days of Pro-level access, once per account (Selar prepaid).
- Pro — USD 19. Crypto: prepaid 30 days. Card: monthly until cancelled.
- Elite — USD 29. Crypto: prepaid 30 days. Card: monthly until cancelled.
- Crypto wallets are not auto-debited. Card subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Access ends at expiry unless you pay again or the subscription renews.
Local Demo Access is for operator hosts only and is disabled on production.
4. Digital goods and refunds
Paid access is a digital research subscription. Cryptocurrency payments are typically irreversible. Once access is activated, fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or for documented major service outages (remedy may be time extension).
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute paid picks or exports without written permission. Do not attempt to bypass access controls. Do not use the site for unlawful activity.
6. No wagering service
See the Disclaimer. We do not operate betting markets or hold stakes.
7. Availability
Publish boards depend on data pipelines and freshness gates. We may pause checkout or display empty/stale-slate notices rather than sell access to missing content.
8. Partner program
A verified account on a current paid Pro or Elite plan (not Trial or Day Pass) may receive one invite code and one invite link. This is a single-layer referral: Partners are not paid for recruiting other Partners, may not resell Desk content, and may not collect payment for WDI.
- A buyer is referred when they use a valid invite code.
- Referral lasts 30 days. In that window they cannot switch Partners. A confirmed referred payment may keep them referred for a further 30 days.
- Commission is recorded only after WDI confirms payment. Clicks and registration do not pay and do not grant access.
- Day Pass and Trial: no commission. First referred Pro or Elite payment in that window: usually 30% of the amount paid (WDI may agree 30–50%). Later referred Pro or Elite payments in the same window: 15%, on card/PayPal and on cryptocurrency.
- Payouts are monthly, in cryptocurrency. WDI may pause codes, withhold unpaid commission after refunds or abuse, and apply these Terms to disputes.
Partners must be 18+. Do not market guaranteed betting returns or redistribute paid research. WDI may end the program without notice.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
10. Contact and interpretation
Legal and privacy notices: send from the email on your WDI account with subject LEGAL or PRIVACY. We may require identity checks before acting. WDI exclusively interprets these Terms, plan entitlements, Partner commission, and product labels. Our records of what was published or entitled prevail in any dispute about display.
